Ingredients
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon oil or melted butter
- Butter or oil for cooking
For filling (optional):
- Jam, sugar, chocolate spread, or sweet cheese
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and oil until smooth and thin.
- Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small ladle of batter and swirl to coat the pan thinly.
- Cook for about 1 minute, flip, and cook the other side briefly.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Fill with jam or desired filling, roll the pancakes, and arrange on a plate.
- Lightly dust with powdered sugar before serving.
