Ingredients

- 2 large eggs

Directions
- In a pot, heat the broth over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs with flour (if using) until smooth.
- Bring broth to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low.
- Slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the simmering broth while stirring gently to form thin egg ribbons.
- Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Finish with a teaspoon of butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
