Ingredients
For the Crepes:
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (240ml) milk
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons oil or melted butter

- 1 lb (500g) ground pork or beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup (240ml) chicken or beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
- ½ cup (120ml) sour cream
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Crepes:
Mix flour, milk, eggs, salt, and oil until smooth.
Cook thin pancakes in a lightly greased skillet. Set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Meat Filling:
Sauté onion in oil until soft. Add ground meat, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until meat is fully done.
3️⃣ Assemble the Pancakes:
Place 2–3 tablespoons of meat filling in each crepe. Roll or fold into cylinders.
4️⃣ Make the Sauce:
Melt butter in a pan, stir in flour to make a roux. Add broth slowly, whisking until smooth. Stir in paprika and sour cream.
5️⃣ Serve:
Place filled crepes in a baking dish. Pour sauce over the top. Warm in oven for 10–15 minutes before serving.
