Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 egg
- 3–4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess liquid.
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with onion, egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Spoon portions of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot, plain or with sour cream.
